1. General Terms
By using the 9xo website or mobile app, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 9xo.
9xo is an international online gaming platform operating under a valid gaming licence. We offer a wide range of entertainment options, including cricket betting, football betting, Live Casino, and slots.
These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, 9xo's interpretation shall be considered final.

2. Account Registration & Verification
When creating an account on 9xo, you must provide truthful and accurate information. 9xo reserves the right to close any account registered with false details.
Account Registration Rules:
- Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, both accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
- The mobile number linked to your account must be your own. Registering with someone else's number is strictly prohibited.
- Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. 9xo is not liable for any losses resulting from sharing your password.
- A national ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, particularly for large withdrawals.
Your name cannot be changed after registration, so please make sure you enter your correct name when signing up.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 9xo are handled securely and transparently. Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Deposit Rules:
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (bKash/Nagad), ৳1,000 (Bank)
- All deposits must be made from your own account. Deposits made in the name of a third party are not accepted.
- Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet instantly. If any issue arises, please save your transaction ID.
Withdrawal Rules:
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 (bKash/Nagad), ৳2,000 (Bank)
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used to make the deposit.
- Withdrawals via bKash are typically completed within 3–5 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 hours.
- The specified wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

4. Bonuses & Promotions
9xo regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which you should read before claiming.
General Bonus Terms:
- Wagering Requirement: To withdraw after receiving a bonus, a specified betting turnover must be completed — typically 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
- Validity Period: Every bonus has an expiry date. If not used within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
- Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only applicable to specific games. Full details are outlined in the bonus terms.
- Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet is ৳500 (may vary by promotion).
Any attempt to claim the same bonus multiple times or across multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and the bonuses cancelled.
5. Betting Rules
There are specific rules that must be followed when placing bets on 9xo. These rules apply equally to all members.
Bet Acceptance:
- Once a bet has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out option is available).
- Bets placed before a match begins will be settled based on the final result of that match.
- Odds in live betting are subject to change. Bets will be settled at the odds that were in place at the time the bet was placed.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 9xo reserves the right to settle bets at the correct odds or to void the bet entirely.
If a match is cancelled or postponed:
- If a match is completely cancelled, all bets will be fully refunded.
- If a match is not completed within the specified time (within 24 hours), the bet will be considered void.
- If a match is suspended after the outcome has already been determined, bets will be settled based on that score.
If one match in a parlay bet is cancelled, that match is removed and the remaining selections are settled as normal.
6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9xo. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
- Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account under the same identity.
- Money Laundering: Using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
- Bonus Abuse: Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or identities.
- Match Fixing: Placing bets using insider or pre-determined information about the outcome of an event.
- Hacking or Cheating: Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Using Another Person's Account: Logging into or using another person's account.
- False Information: Providing false information during registration or KYC.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
9xo may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.
- When suspicious activity is detected that poses a security risk.
- If a discrepancy is found during KYC verification.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (18 months).
Before closing an account, 9xo will generally notify the user via email or SMS. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability
9xo is not liable for the following:
- Losses due to disconnection or device failure.
- Financial losses from betting — this is entirely the user's own decision and risk.

- Stealing a user's password or gaining unauthorised access to an account.
11. Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to server downtime, software errors, or other technical issues, 9xo will resolve the matter in the following ways:
- If the connection is lost before the outcome of a game is determined, the bet will be voided and the amount refunded.
- If the game result is recorded in the server logs, that result is considered final.
- 9xo is not liable for any disruptions caused by power outages or the user's internet connectivity issues.
